We believe part of having a good customer experience with us includes having peace of mind that you are covered should anything go wrong. As such we happily provide free domestic return shipping, should your items arrive faulty or damaged. Simply ensure you contact us within 14 calendar days to inform us of the fault, and ensure that the products are in their original packaging (complete with documentation), and in the same condition you received them in.
Unfortunately PC games cannot be returned once opened unless there is a physical fault (i.e., the disc is cracked), upon which we are happy to provide a replacement of the damaged item.
If a returned item is found not to be faulty, the item will be returned to you with a postage charge.
